Vegan Raw Cheese Sauce

Need cheese sauce but don’t want the cheese? Watch as Michelle Irwin creates a raw cheese sauce in under two minutes!


1 cup cashews, raw
1 cup water
¼ cup sundried tomatoes
1 clove garlic
3 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 tablespoons onion flakes
½ tablespoons salt

Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.
