Refreshing Thai Pineapple Coconut Smoothie

Hey there everybody! Today we have an awesome smoothie featuring some tasty Thai flavors. Sonya and Duncan team up for a collaboration on Duncan’s Thai Kitchen and show us how to make this wonderfully refreshing smoothie. You can modify the recipe to add more regular coconut milk if you can’t find the condensed version. Enjoy! ūüôā

Ingredients:

1 cup pineapple (frozen or fresh)
3-4 mint leaves
splash of lime juice
sprinkle of salt
2 tbsp sweetened condensed coconut milk
1/4 cup coconut milk
ice
