Pineapple Green Smoothie, A Delicious Salad Substitute

Joanna of Vitamix Australia shares her pineapple green smoothie recipe with us. We love adding in frozen pineapple as it really adds a touch of brightness and sweetness to any smoothie creation.


1 cup water
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 banana
1/2 apple
1/2 cucumber
2-3 broccoli florets
1/2 cucumber
handful chooped celery
handful lettuce (or spinach or kale)
