Mango Lassi (Mango Yogurt Smoothie) Recipe by Manjula

Manjula shows us how to make mango lassi, a popular take on a traditional Indian favorite. Sprinkle ground pistachio on top for a truly authentic drink.

2 cups ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
1 cup yogurt
1/2 cup milk
1/8 teaspoon cardamom powder (ilachi)
3 tablespoons sugar, adjust to taste
Few mint leaves to garnish (Optional)
3 cups crushed ice or ice cubes, use as needed
