Make An Easy Smoothie Breakfast Bowl With Your Kid

Meg of WhatsUpMoms teams up with her daughter Avery to whip up a delicious and nutritious breakfast smoothie bowl. Smoothie bowls are a great way to keep your children (and grown-ups!) eating healthy while adding in fun textures. Kids love helping with these easy recipes and get to decorate them with their favorite toppings.

Healthy. Easy. Fast.  Love it!!

You’ll need:
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
2 teaspoons chia seeds
1 cup frozen mango
1 cup baby spinach
1 tablespoon almond butter
1/2 teaspoon matcha (contains caffeine)
1 teaspoon maca powder
granola, hemp seed, goji berries, and sliced banana for toppings
