How to make a Thai Ginger Soup in a Vitamix Blender

Tommy Nicholas from Raw Blend shares one of his favorite detox soup recipes. This thai ginger soup is packed with flavor and extremely easy to make. Makes a great side or main dish with bean sprouts!

Ingredients

2 cups water
1 slice red bell pepper
1 medium carrot
1 stick of celery
1 yellow squash
1 shallot
1 handful cabbage
1 slice lemon (with peel and seeds)
1/2 an apple (with peel and seeds)
2 handfuls cashews
1 pinch of fresh ginger
1 clove of garlic (with skin)
1 small handful coriander
1 tsp bouillon cube

Directions

Make this soup using the programmed soup setting on your high speed blender or manually dial up the speed from highest to lowest. Blend all ingredients for 4-6 minutes or until steamy and hot. Enjoy!
