Easy Peasy Vegan Blondies Recipe
Health coach, Zain Sarawati Jamal, whips up some fiber-rich, gluten free, vegan blondies. In the video, Zain uses a food processor, but you can use your high speed blender. In your blender, add cannellini or white kidney beans and medjool dates. Blend until mixed. Then add organic peanut butter, salt, vanilla, and baking powder. For extra sweetness, add a few drops of stevia or agave nectar. Blend until mixed and smooth out in a pan. Add pecans and vegan chocolate chips. Bake for about one hour and enjoy!
