Crazy Good Vegan Chocolate Granola

Happy Tuesday everybody! Today we are featuring Jenny Mustard showing how to make an awesome vegan chocolate granola. We love how the chocolate flavor is achieved by blending dates, cacao powder, and bananas….YUM! This one of those recipes that wont last long after you make it. Enjoy!


3 ripe bananas
10 pitted dates
100 ml / 0.4 cup unsweetened cacao
splash of water

500 g / 17.5 oz oats
100 ml / 3.5 oz puffed brown rice
200 ml / 0.8 cup sunflower seeds
200 ml / 0.8 cups raisins
100 ml / 0.4 cup shredded coconut
1 tbsp cinnamon
